Hi everyone,

I hope you had a wonderful summer !

Paper props for Australia and Shanghai are on production. 

I received the Tatttoos: here's a pic;  I hope you  would like them.

The artwork for the coin is done and completed with the work of Campaign Coin's team; I redraw some details in line art to improve the design. Now, Campaing coins is making the mould, then they'll send me samples. I'll send you some images as soon as receive the coins. 

My printer is back, so I'll get the Expedition's portraits this week..and I wait for my printer online to send the image printed on canvas then I can start to paint the Carlyle Expedition portrait for the Deluxe Set of props..  you'll get some pics as well.

Then now, I am able to start the sculptures production !

Hey there,

I hope you're doing great all over the globe. 

Short update:

-I'm excited to receive the the two tattoos these days ! they won't be black after all, but dark red for the bloated  woman tattoo and blue for the sand bat's. I'll show you very soon..

- Campaign Coins had another disrupted month in Australia but now, they're working on a corrected version of the Memorabilia coin; I had to make corrections on the first artwork 3D render to improve the final design on each part of the coin.

Next :

1. I approve the art or ask for corrections and we continue until I approved.
2. When I approved, Campaign Coins make samples and send them to me 
3. We launch the production (or we make last final corrections if there is an issue appearing on the sample)

- the poster of the Carlyle's expedition is done and sent to my printer ( who promised to deliver before the 14th of July)

Aquarella

Dear backers,

I made the last changes on the Carlysle expedition aquarella in front of the Turf Club during the luxury reception given by Saad Zaghoul. I imagine this picture was painted by Hypathia Masters herself as a gift to her fellow Egyptian photographer, published in The Cairo bulletin. As Hypatia Masters and Dr. Robert Huston visited several art places, she was arboring copies of egyptian jewellery, we know that she works to entertain the publicity of the expedition be appreciated by her guests. In this perspective of public relation and social intercourses, I thought this aquarella could have been a special acknowledgment.

Behind the aquarella, she could have written with a pen holder " from a fellow photographer to the dear Mister Wassif ", and signed "Hypathia Masters".

Nigel Wassif could show it to the investigators and boast about his wonderful friendship with Hypathia.

Before I launch the prints, I would like to know what you think of this idea. 

I would hand signed each aquarella then.

Coins Pre-production

Dear Backers

The coins current situation : there is big change concerning the shipping fees.

In 2019 the coins could be sent worldwide for AUD $4. Now, due to COVID, this shipping is no longer available in Australia. The minimum charge is now AUD $21. 

Campaign Coins was supposed to send you directly the set of 10 coins you ordered but this option is not possible now. (except if you want to pay this extra amount of money but I don't think you would. It's more expensive than the set itself for The Numinastic's pledge.)

I think that the best is that Campaign Coins send me directly the 300 coins and then I'll send them to you individually. I don't know yet how much it would cost; It would take longer for sure, due to the shipping Australia-France. We might find a way for Australian backers though.

Or, there might be another solution, another shipping mode. But it might be slowler.

I'll ask Campaign Coins to know all the options. 

Enjoy the design: I had to find the graphic style that works the best to help the 3D render. We start the pre-production art with Campaign Coins. I might make some change if the 3D render doesn't look good to me.

I'll keep you posted.
